SPEED PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Speed performance program is geared towards athletes whose desire is to improve their speed and technique in their “specific sport.” I train, young athletes, amateurs, as well as international athletes. It’s no longer good enough to just be talented, athletes must be stronger and faster to dominate the competition. Tailor training designed to enhance your speed, improve your strength, endurance and flexibility. I develop athletes for optimal performance, for specific competitions, events, or a season. These athletes typically train in a small group practice sessions or in private (1-on-1) setting. (more…)
PRIVATE FITNESS TRAINING
Fitness Training designed a custom plans on one, three, six or twelve month to help individuals from all walks of life to optimize their time by providing workouts designed to stimulate your fat burning metabolism at an accelerated pace, a process further enhanced while gaining more lean muscle.

Speed Pro.gram online speed training program plans designed for athletes who are looking to shave some time off on the 30yrd, 40yrd, 60yrd, 60m or 100m dash. A method and that will teach how to sprint like an elite track athlete.
You will receive a detailed training plan designed by a former French Olympic sprinter, to teach you a pedagogical way to improve your speed by developing your explosiveness, force production to maximize acceleration, mechanics, velocity and stride length optimum ratio ect.. (more…)
