What can you use it for:

DRIVE OFF PHASE:
It can be use for the first 20m drives off with tree points stand or with blocks.

STRENGTH AND EXPOSIVNESS:
Allow you to run freely

RUNNING FROM THE HIP:
Forcing the athlete to run from the hip which will amphazise the stride length and power.

DRILLS:
Re-emphase mechanics keep your core tight and helping you to not release your core and fire form the glutes by pushing from the back.
