Joint our #MiamiBeach Flamingo park’s training group for the season to come. Indoor and/or outdoor season preparation? You decide!
Studies shown that more than 38% of master athletes arrived at competition under trained, injured, fatigue or missed their hit peak, failing to have a good training programmation.
Our training program will strongly emphasis placed on the bio-mechanics of running, cater to the specific developmental needs of athletes to unlock their true sprinting potential and make sure that you hit your peak the D-Day.
As with any athletes a real preparation and programmatic is the key to success. Master’s athletes may experience a shift in their rationale for training and achievement goals. A common mistakes made by master’s athletes is that they chasing the times they used to do in practice and most of the time ended up burned out before the end of the season. #trainingsmart is the word. Each athlete had his strength and weakness, so for it, each training program is shape and personalized to the need of the athlete.
As an overall guide, we start our program with general fitness and build into a specific preparation period that allows you to practice or rehearse race day. Remember, you are building muscular strength, aerobic endurance, speed, and improving your efficiency and technique. The rest and recovery are critical to any athlete’s success, and particularly crucial for masters athletes, ensure adequate recovery time, as aging muscles and energy systems take longer to recover from training sessions. Athletic performance and susceptibility to illness and injury are also adversely affected without adequate recovery time. For more information contact me.
A session include active/dynamic warm-up to properly activate and prepare the muscles for running. various speed, agility, acceleration, and technique drills immediately follow the warm-up. These drills are the main focus of the program and are conducted to increase the athletes’ lower body strength, power, and quickness. Drills to improve your running form
