Jérôme Eyana is a former international french track & field athlete who competed in the 60 and 100 meters sprints against the world's top athletes, such as Maurice Green, Justin Gatlin, Jason Gardener and others.
After years in the sport industry and despite a successful working stint in finance at JPMorgan Chase in Toronto, he decided to return to the field for a more active occupation and to use his knowledge ,experience and expertise to help other individuals from all walks of life to achieve their health and fitness goals. This is based on the understanding and certain knowledge that exercise improves energy levels, decreases medical expenses and likely increases longevity.
Jerome is recognized for his expertise in functional training and his expertise in applying a particular sport's abilities to the benefit of others. He understands how to correlate the running techniques of track with other sporting disciplines that necessitate agility and strength. There are all essential components, like running a route in football, getting to the goal in soccer, running the bases in baseball or ending a fast break on the basketball court.
