According to sport daily press, the 18-Year-Old Track Star Sydney McLaughlin Sydney signed with Top Talent Agency William Morris Endeavor‘s firm for representation in all off-the-track areas in advance of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics Games.
The firm represents many Hollywood stars including Oprah Winfrey, Charlize Theron, and Matt Damon as well as high-profile athletes such as Serena Williams, Allyson Felix and Novak Djokovic. McLaughlin has not yet announced any sport endorsement deals.
After the NCAA Championships in June, the 18-year-old McLaughlin said she planned to turn professional and would forego her final three years of eligibility at the University of Kentucky.
In just one season at Kentucky, McLaughlin exceeded the lofty expectations that accompanied her after one of the greatest prep careers in track and field history. As a high schooler, McLaughlin set a world junior record in the 400m hurdles and made an appearance at the 2016 Olympics. read more
